Synopsis
Fred Flarsky (Seth Rogen) is an eccentric and vocal writer. One time the media was bought by Wembley Media, Fred did not want to be controlled by the giant media he hated and decided to resign.
Fred also lamented with his best friend Lance. They went to a fancy party where there was an appearance from Boyz II Men. Once there Fred saw the figure of a beautiful woman, graceful and full of authority, and he felt he knew the figure.
He is Charlotte Field (Charlize Theron), the woman he liked since childhood. Charlotte was her babysitter when Fred was 13 years old. Finally, they recognized each other and talked briefly because Charlotte was super busy. Charlotte is the United States Secretary of State who is running for US presidential candidate for 2020. Based on a survey of her success team, Charlotte’s weak point is humour.
He was looking for a writer for his speech and remembered Fred was a journalist and happened to be unemployed. Fred finally entered into Charlotte’s success team and accompanied her throughout the country until finally a spark of romance grew between them.
But will the public accept their relationship? An eccentric politician and journalist?
