Hollywood movie stars will star in the latest Netflix film, The Laundromat, starring Meryl Streep as Ellen, a woman who faces a personal tragedy that is compounded by fake insurance fraud.
Following his case, a connection led to Gary Oldman as Jurgen Mossack and Antonio Banderas as Ramón Fonseca. The Laundromat film from Netflix is based on the true story of the broken Panama Papers scandal that presents money laundering and massive data breaches in 2015.
If that all sounds serious, The Laundromat looks from the trailer having a fairly easy tone with a few jokes, offering comedy-tragedy. The unique story pertaining to the Panama Papers is when many names businessmen and world officials were caught using the services of the duo of lawyers.
